@marcoc84 maybe this will help you:
1) Make sure call notifications are on and contacts set as default in your Fitbit App.
2) Sync app
3) Restart Blaze
4) Log out of your Fitbit app
5) Restart your phone
6) Log back in to your Fitbit app
This cycle seems to fix my issues. I'm also using the Android Fitbit app.
Not me. But I have mine off. When I have it on, I get everything. But to get a couple extra seconds from the battery, I have it off.
Best AnswerHi,no you are not alone. It is happening to me also- Samsung Galaxy s5 too. After doing the reset method it is working now, but time will tell for how long. Test now works aswell
Best AnswerThe method i used was
turn off tracker/ watch
logout of app on phone
turn on tracker/watch
log back into app on phone
i could then receive a test notification and call notification
this only lasted overnight though
this is going to be a pain until it is sorted out, but at least it works
The thing that i find strange is the text , whats app ,calender notification all work fine, just the call notification is the issue
Hi @marcoc84,
Did you found the solution for this issue?
I'm using the version 17.8.301.8 and I have the same issue.
If I restart the Blaze or receive other notification like "Text Messages", the Call Notification starts working again but not for long time (some hours).
Thanks.
Best AnswerHi @armo, thank you for your feedback.
What has changed to be working now?
I know that when I receive an other notification like "Text Messages" the Call notification starts work again but not for long time (some minutes or hours)
I would like understand the solution because I have this issue and I need to solve it.
Thanks again.
Best AnswerHi,
this issue is still not resolved for me.
Occasionally I get call notification, but it is very rare.
Marco
Best AnswerI think that all Blazes have this issue, but if we receive during the day a lot of other notifications, we never see the issue, because when we receive other notification the Call notification starts work again.
The Fitbit Team should update the firmware of Blaze in order to solve the issue.

It's great to see you aound @FbBpm, @marcoc84 and @armo thanks for stopping by.
I would like to know if you keep having problems with your texts notifications? If you do, I recommend checking if your phones are on the list of compatible mobile devices, since keep in mind that in order for the tracker to work 100% with your phones, they need to be compatible.
If they are compatible, could you please tell which phone you have, so I can provide some steps to follow?
Hope to hear from you soon. ![]()
