Thank you for your help to solve this issue.
My mobile device is on the list of compatible devices and is a Samsung S4 but I did the test with another mobile device and the behavior is the same.
I don’t have problems with texts notifications, I just have a problem with Call notification.
When I restart the Blaze, all texts and Call notifications are working properly but not for long time (minutes or hours), after some time just the Call notification stops work.
There are two ways to put the Call notification working again, is restart the Blaze or receive another notification, like “Text Messages”.
I think the problem is the state machine of notifications in the Blaze that stays stuck and needs to be released with a restart of Blaze or receive another notification. So, I think the problem can be solved easily with an update the Blaze firmware.

I have a Galaxy S5 with android 6.0.1
Please note that before the firmware update call notifications were fine, hence it is possible that a bug have been introduced with the release of latest firmware.
Please keep us updated if something comes up.

I'm still having the issue with Call and Text notifications using Samsung S5. Can you please assist? It's been going on for at least 3 weeks now...I tried everything.
