I agree with @bcalvanese. Make sure it's not too loose for it to not have a direct contact with your arm and this way to ensure that you will have a continuous tracking since it will be always reading.
If you feel you move your arms a lot in the night, try to tighten it up just a little bit to prevent it from moving or sliding down your wrist.
