Mixed messages

My fitbit blaze has started mixing up messages. For instance someone will message me and the person it is from may actually be someone else. However the correct contact will be included in the actual message.

I restaeyes more than once since this has happenedone . It didnt make a differance I took a pic of what it is doing but not sure how to attach

I would recommend just in case, to set up your tracker as a new device. For that, go to the account section on your dashboard. Here, select the option that says "Set up a new device" and follow the on-screen instructions. Once your tracker is paired again, turn on the notifications and see if this fixes the problem.
