Hey Fitbit users,
I have had my Blaze for a little over a month and it has been very good! Occasional sync issues and notifications suddenly stopping for awhile, but no big deal. I usually could go 3 to 4 days on a battery charge under normal use. But, the past 2 days I charged it overnight and within 4 hours it was completely dead. The watch is still on 8.200.3 firmware. I haven't received the new firmware but it seems that shouldn't cause the battery to drain incredibly faster than it has since new. Anybody have any suggestions or should I pursue a replacement from Fitibit? I have always used an iPhone 6+ with the watch.
Thanks,
Derek

Hello @dbeller
Battery should keep lasting at least 4 days, about charging your Blaze overnight I wouldn't recommend it, remember the device has a Lithium-ion battery and overcharing it for longer than necessary could cause the battery getting damaged and loose it capacity to hold the charge.
You can try letting the device drain all the battery, charge it for the recommended time (about 2 hours) unplug it and try it out, if it still drain too fast Contact Support
Hope this helps!

Hey there @dbeller. Good to see you in the Community! 🙂
I completely agree with @GiulioC. I would just add that after fully chanrging it, sync it to your account right away. Use the tracker as you would normally do but remember to sync every now and then. That way when the battery runs out, you can get in touch with the Support Team and they will be able to get into the tracker logs and notice that the battery is indeed draining faster than it should and they will be happy to help you getting back on track.
