My Blaze refused to sync after multiple restarts. I did the following:
Uninstalled and reinstalled the app.
Unpaired the blaze with the phone and app.
Restarted the blaze multiple times.
Looked for Blaze on bluetooth devices - tried the Blaze classic one. This paired with the device, but then would not pair with the app.
Forgot that device and tried to pair with Blaze. Blaze rejects the pairing.
I am at the end of my tether and about to throw the **ahem** thing in the bin. Have followed all other steps on other posts.
What am I doing wrong?

Hi there @boozysuzy. Welcome to the Community Forums! 🙂
I'm very sorry to hear that you're having problems getting your Blaze to sync properly. I want to thank you for taking the time to try those things to get this fixed though!
From what you mention, it seems you're trying to pair your tracker from the Bluetooth settings on your phone directly and this should actually be done from the Fitbit app.
I would recommend restarting your tracker one last time. Make sure you're doing this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot.
Aftert that, proceed to set up your tracker as a new device. For this, go to the Account section at the top right corner on the Fitbit app and select the option that says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and once you're done, your tracker should be syncing without a problem.
Let me know how it goes!
