Multiple Blaze problems

Hi, 

starting 2 days ago my Blaze will no longer hold a charge. I fully charged it this morning again, and within 30 min it is below half charge. I have retstarted the device. 

 

Also, only one of the green lights is lighting and flashing on the back. 

 

I do wear my Fitbit during exercise, these issues are also happening during regular everyday activity.
