Multiple Syncs needed for app info update..All-Day/Always Connected:NotWork

I've had my Blaze since it debut and have been pleased with it so far.

I'm on Firmware 17.8.200.3 and have noticed an issue with syncing.

I'm on Android 6.0.1 Galaxy S7 with Fitbit app version 2.26

The issue I'm running into is getting my syncs to pull all the info. I have All-Day sync enabled, Always Connected enabled. When I open the app at 5pm, I don't show any steps until I manually sync. So the first sync only populates the steps.  I have to do a second sync right after in order to get the Calories Burned, Exercises Tracked, Sleep Logged, Miles, etc to populate from the watch. This is important as I have FitBit syncing with MFP.

So it looks like the All-Day and the Always Connected isn't working since I have to manually sync it to get the info into the app.

Anyone else having this issue?

All day sync i believe only tries to sync once an hour. The always connected does do a sync, but should help.  But why is the all day not working? It has to comunicate to both the tracker and Fitbit server, if either one times out the sync fails.

As for calories, you might just need to be a little more patient. I frequently find that after a sync it takes a few minutes sometimes to show tye data, then other days it shows imeadiatly

Hi there @GBO323. Good to see you around!

I would just add to what @Rich_Laue said that sometimes, when you sync your tracker it will show the most recent stats but for it to fully show all the information on your stats, you will need to force quit the app on your phone and open it again. Once you open it again, have your tracker sync one more time and it should populate all the detailed information for the current and previous days.
