Syncing Blaze to S4 and Note 5

So I got my Blaze in March, and had my Samsung Galaxy S4 then.  I set it up and everything worked pretty well!  Until last week when I got my new Galaxy Note 5, and tried to sync only to have it NEVER sync, and then find out on here that Fitbit doesn't work with Note 5's! (Really sad that I can't own the newest Fitbit and the newest (til Aug) Galaxy Note and have them work.  I swear, if you don't have Apple products, tech accessory companies act like you don't exist. Even though I think the Android phones are superior.)

But now I figured, FINE, I'll keep my old Galaxy S4 around anyway, it works with wifi, so I can use it to sync (until some coders get it together and find a way to sync the Blaze to a Galaxy phone).  But now it doesnt want to connect to either!  My S4 can't find it at all.  This is suuuuch a pain.  Is it confused between the two?  I turned the Bluetooth off my Note 5, and now the only thing searching for it is the S4.  Is there something I need to reinstall?  Because this is horrible.

All it says is that it can't find it in the Fitbit App.

In my phone's settings it says it's "paired" with my Blaze.  It just no longer sees it.

I tried restarting the phone, restarting the Blaze, reinstalling the app....  I'm gonna cry.

You're experiencing a similar situation as another user was. I'd recommend taking a look at the instructions I provided there to see if that helps. You may see the thread by clicking here.

Thanks Ferdin!  I'll try that. (Until the day I can use it on my Note)
