Music Connection Issue

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Only had my Blaze for a week now, and i have been noticing that when i swipe down to bring the notification and music menu up, next to the music icon it is saying 'Connecting...' and this message is constant. I mean, unless i am playing music, why is my Blaze constantly trying to connect?? Seems stupid to me. This must be draining the battery of the Blaze?

Any solutions to this? And anyone know why this is happening?

Cheers

The fix, like you say is to start your music player first.

If there is no music playing, phone call, or camera app open, there is nothing for the Blaze controller to conect to, the result is that it keeps trying.

Why the camera app, you can use the volume down to trigger a photo.

It's great to see you around @mjayh and @Rich_Laue thanks for stopping by.

As you and our friend mentioned, you need to play music first to use the music control feature and no, it shouldn't drain your tracker's battery.

Catch you later. Woman Happy
