My Blaze battery is being drained because the music is constantly "connecting and loading music."
I do NOT want this function on and cannot turn it off. Can you advise how to turn this off?
Also, when I hold the two right sided buttons, my Fitbit will not restart.
Thank you!
Michael

Also, restarting did not change anything!

It's great to see you around @Mishana.
Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. I would like to know if you have the "Bluetooth Classic" option on? If you don't know, you can check this by swiping to settings directly from your Blaze and see that this option is "Off", if it isn't you can turn it off and the tracker will stop connecting with your phone for music.
Let me know the outcome.

Thanks.
Will this stop me from receiving text or phone call notifications?

I’m experiencing this same problem and don’t have a “bluetooth classic” option in my settings. Can you help me?

so strangely enough, the option appeared after I typed this, I made sure it was off and then the option disappeared.... why is that?

You are fine without Blaze Classic. That is actually part of the issue. if it happens, I've learned to restart the Blaze, unpair the Blaze from your BT Settings. Then turn off BT, turn back on and re-pair the Blaze, enter the 4 digit number and it should be good to work.
