I try going on my windows 10 and when I press play the music on my computer. But then I slide up where the clock is and it says Unknown Artist - Window. I press on the play button and it play the music. The music I'm putting on is google play music.

It's great to see you around @LL_fitbitblaze. Keep in mind that the music control feature only works with compatible mobile devices. For more information about this, please take a look at the How do I use my tracker to control music? article.

You will be able to see "Bluetooth Classic" in your phone @LL_fitbitblaze but it doesn't mean it will connect to it, since as mentioned, your phone needs to a compatible mobile device in order to properly connect with your tracker.
