My 2nd Blaze will not charge

I purchased a Blaze, it would not charge. Chatted w/ tech support for over an hour, and couldn't get it to work. Returned it today for another Blaze, and same thing. It will not charge. When I put it in the carriage (and it's in there correctly!), the battery icon does not show. I've reset it. Plugged it into 2 different computers and 2 different phone charges, and nothing. I can't set it up because the battery is too low. This is unbelievable. Guess I am returning this one as well. What the heck is wrong with the Blaze and not charging? I see a bunch of posts on here about the same thing. How disappointing!

@JenniferJ73  Have you set your Blaze up?  Has nothing showed on the screen?  Until you set up the tracker, a battery indicator will not show.  Only the Fitbit.com/setup message.

 

How long has it been in the charger?  Perhaps leave it a while longer, and see if you can do the setup after that.

I can't set it up because the battery is too low. It's telling me to charge it, and I can't because it won't charge. Total catch 22 situation! So frustrating.
