Best AnswerHave you done a 2 button reset, or simply do a shutdown from the settings menu?
Best Answer@Modena360 I would try a restart of the Blaze, then swipe over to the settings, tap the screen, swipe down and do a shutdown.
Restart the tracker by pressing any button.
Give it a charge and test, if after a few weeks it continues to drain fast contact Fitbit through the link @WendyB provided.
When charging, do not leave it on the charger once the battery is full, this I closely monitor and usually remove before full.
It also is better for lithium batteries not to go below 20-30%, so in theory when you get the low battery email it is time to charge. Do I follow this advice? Not very well, so I can't fault anyone.
