My Blaze Heart Rate is Registering My Heart Too High

About 5 days ago my Blaze started registering my heart Rate in the 130s while I was sitting down and resting. I shut down my Blaze and it worked for for a couple of hours. But then it went back to registering too high.  What can  I do to fix this?
