Hi, I have a Fitbit blaze and I have Chromebook. A few days ago I called Fitbit and they sent me a USB that was supposed to communicate with the Fitbit. I tried doing it but the same thing happened. What should I do?

Hi, @Mostar, to use the sync dongle they sent you, you need to use the Fitbit Connect software and not the app.
Please go to www.fitbit.com/setup and download the software.
