My Blaze is not syncing nor receiving text notifications

My Fitbit blaze is about one year old. Lately, I have trouble connecting with my phone, and my text messages are not appearing on my Blaze.

 

Very frustrated

 

 

Please help!

I regret to hear that you are having difficulties to sync and receive text messages notifications. I would recommend following our troubleshooting steps to resolve syncing issues on this article

 

In addition, please make sure you have set your notifications by following these instructions. If this doesn't work, please provide a screen shot of the Notification settings for the Messages app on your phone for further investigation.
