My Blaze has died. Before it did, it start buzzing/vibrating like it does when a call comes through or you hit your daily step goal. It buzzed constantly and the battery level was dropping like a rock. I plugged it in to recharge and it is now totally dead. Any suggestions?

Are the green lights on the bottom flashing? I've had my Blaze appear to be dead but the lights were still flashing....resetting it 2 or 3 times (holding the left button and bottom right simultaneously for several seconds) seemed to fix it. Good luck....

Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.

Thanks! I'll try the support team tomorrow. I'm afraid it's dead. It won't hold a charge at all.
