My Blaze screen is flashing

My Blaze keeps flashing very fast & i have done a hard reset & a shutdown with no luck.

What can i do?

It is only 3 months old

It's great to welcome you @Shanekr1, thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself.

 

Can you please be more specific about what is your tracker flashing? Is it the Fitbit logo or something else? In the meantime, please confirm you did the following to restart it:

 

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

I had the same problem, a rapidly flashing screen. I did the reset (hold left button plus bottom button) with no improvement, but I persevered, and after five or six attempts I got the required, non-flashing, fitbit logo. I slid the logo to go to 'run' and fitbit was still flashing, but much slower, and only between functions. I left fitbit alone for 5 minutes, and now all is back to normal.

It is a fast screen flash on the main screen & every screen i swipe to. It has also dimmed a great deal as well & is not readable at present. I want to take it back to where i purchased it but cant find the receipt.

Yes i did that & also went to shutdown & did that with no difference.

Thank you but i took it back to my place of purchase & swapped it over for a new one.
