My Blaze will not sync

Good afternoon all ho are all fine and doing well.

My Fitbit Blaze will not sync its still on 4/27 and it says it has the wrong time.  I went on line followed all directions, and well here I am wondering if anyone has had this issue.  I sent an email to customer support.
