So almost two months ago my blaze stopped syncing after a trip. During this trip I crossed multiple time zones, and for whatever reason it just decided it didn't want to sync. I'm not sure if its a time zone issue, but I've read every thread about this issue and the wifi interrupting the bluetooth etc, whatever. I've followed all advice about restarting the fibit, deleting and re-installing the app, stick your right foot and do the hokey-pokey. Basically, is there a way to fix this? If not, who do I call to get a new one?

@fit-ScottWelcome... What message are you getting when it won't sync. Also I forgot to turn WiFi off this morning after 18 Apps were updated... Result: no Sync. occasionally it will sync with WiFi on..

Well, after no messages at all and just the spinning wheel of nothing-ness I finally tried to delete the blaze from my account and 'pair a new device'. Interestingly enough as far as my app is concerned there is no blaze on my account, because I've never been able to pair it to my phone again. I can get all the way through the process even entering in the four digit code that the watch provides and then the app just says, connecting to Fitbit...and never completes the action. So even though it's not paired, I still get text and call notifications on my blaze. I've tried logging in on my computer and doing the pairing with a dongle everything...no beans.
And honestly this, turn off your wifi to sync thing...that didn't happen for the first 4 months I had it. Why now?

@fit-ScottI feel your frustration and me never having any problems with all of my Fitbits, except Android V4 and V5 last year I try and stitch together what I have observed in the Forums.
To help some others come in on your problem..
What type of phone ?
Tap your Bluetooth Icon and check to see what is paired..
What happens when you try to sync through the PC ?
You haven't left it paired on another phone while testing ?
I ask these questions because three of us dialogued for a Fitbitter in England and we got them operational and these were some of the issues on an Android phone no on the Fitbit's compatibility list.
