Dear Fitbit My Special Edition Fitbit Blaze Gunmetal suddenly died after being submerged in sea for a while, I thought it was waterproof, apparently not .. I had it for over a year now and I really love it. It’s just black. I tried resetting it, drying it with rice, everything. Still doesn’t work as if it just died. I live in Egypt and nobody can fix it here, I have relatives in Dubai that can easily transport the watch there. Any Fitbit centers there in Dubai? Please help! Thank you.

Mine died today, too. Right in the middle of my workout. I know how you feel. Reach out to them via email. Take a picture of it and include it in the email with the description of the problem. Hopefully, someone will help you out, too.  https://contact.fitbit.com. Good luck with that. Smiley Happy
