This morning my Blaze display started flickering from “snow” to the normal display. While it does appear to still be working the display is effectively useless.
Is this something that can be fixed with a reset? If not I need a new one. It’s only a few months old.
Best AnswerThe blaze is susceptible to moisture damage, I used it whilst boxing and that totalled the screen and Heart Rate, If the problem comes back, just reset, (hold the left button and the lower right button for about ten seconds, until you see the Fitbit logo with the screen brightness increased) I personally sent mine back to Fitbit.

Best AnswerI suddenly have the same issue but my watch will not restart. I've done it successfully before, but it won't go to the logo and reboot. It just goes to sleep until I let go of the buttons.

Best AnswerMine flat-lined today with the bright screen, than flicker,... clock face error, than no display at all after resenting the clock display twice. I tried to reset it, and even tried to place it on the charger to see if there were signs of life, nope. No display, no green lights. I have only had it for 5 months. It shouldn't die from sweat alone, if it is as advertised. ( Water resistant) It failed right in the middle of my high intensity cardio, the moment I need it most. This is the second one that dies way before a year has passed. I have purchased Blazes as gifts only to be embarrassed when I have to return defective ones. I consider my self to be a pretty loyal costumer with fitbit, but they have been letting me down. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
