This morning, after 200 steps my Fitbit Blaze which I've had for just under a year stopped functioning properly. It stopped tracking my steps, and stop tracking my heart rate. This all happened after I did a Fitbit software update last night. I have reset my Fitbit, reset my phone, paired and unpaired it from Bluetooth. It is still not tracking my steps or my heart rate at all. The green lights on the back are still functioning, but otherwise it is just a watch. What do I need to do to fix it or what can be done to replace it?

Hi there @RDresser. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums! 🙂
I'm very sorry to hear that your tracker is no longer working as it should. What you say sounds very strange...
There are two things that I would recommend. First, try to restart your tracker one or two times again. You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot. After that, since you've already tried to pair and unpair it from the Bluetooth, now, try doing it from the app itself and add it as a new device.
For this, go to the Account section at the top right corner on the Fitbit app and select the option that says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and once you're done, your tracker should be syncing without a problem and your steps and heart rate should be recorded properly.
Try that out and let me know how it goes!
