ipad 2017 Blaze compatibility

I understand that the ipad 2017 is not compatible with the Blaze.  I see that the ipad Pro is on the list, but not the ipad 2017.  I bought the ipad 2017 thinking that the Blaze would be recognized, but now I am very disappointed.  Any idea when this issue will be addressed?

Have you tried the iPad 2017 yet, not being listed as compatible simply means that it has not been tested fully and any fine running of the app that might be needed has been done.

Frequently most, if not everything works fine

I have tried, but the ipad 2017 will not pair with my Blaze.

You have had an account since 2015 isn't your blaze connected to your Fitbit account?

Simply download the app, log into your Fitbit account, the app should then sync the tracker.

The user does not pair a device to the iPad but connects it to their Fitbit account.

I have the Fitbit app on my iPad 2017, and the iPad does bring in my account.  However, the Blaze will not sync from the iPad.  It just spins "looking" and never locates it.  In the Bluetooth settings on the iPad, it never locates the Blaze, so it can't sync.

As I stated above the phones bluetooth settings is not used, in fact it can not be used.. The fact that the iPads Bluetooth can not find it has nothing to do with the app not syncing..

For now the best I can say is

Restart iPad

Restart tracker

If the tracker shows up on the Bluetooth settings, it doesn't, you would want to tell Bluetooth to forfeit it

Then look at the Fitbit help doc at http://help.fitbit.com/?q=sync
