My Fitbit Blaze won't sync

I have tried everything from powering off my Fitbit, turning off my bluetooth and restarting everything, with no luck.  My Fitbit battery is fully charged. It simply will no longer sync. My Blaze firmware is 17.8.401.3 and I am trying to sync to a Samsung Galaxy S5.  It used to sync fine, however, it stopped yesterday at 6 PM and nothing I have tried will make it sync.  Any help?

Yeah, I feel your pain and frustration.  The only way I have been able to sync my fitbit is to uninstall the software from my phone, then reinstall it.  I have to do this process every evening.  Not very happy myself.

Good call, RobSpencer. I'm out on Fitbit. For all the reasons you and I stated previously.

My Fitbit blaze stopped syncing last night and I have done everything under troubleshooting, restarted my Fitbit and phone, checked location on my phone (Samsung galaxy 5s). My phone says no Bluetooth devices available when I scan for devices, I'm not connected to any others,  and when I try to connect the app to my Fitbit it says the blaze won't pair. My blaze is also behind on the time by 10 minutes at this point.

I'm very frustrated as I have spent the last hour trying to fix this, I depend on my blaze for notification as much as I do fitness. Help!

to mine.

The only answer is a different device OR a new phone that doesn't run the latest Android operating system. Apparently fitbit is working with Apple. The devices continue to be compatible with the latest Apple operating systems, but not with Android.

My blaze won't sync the time. There is an explanation mark when I press sync. I am on vacation and changed time zones. Followed all sync help instructions.I would appreciate some advice. Flummoxed in NS.

My fitbit Blaze has just refused to synch to my Android mobile.  Ive tried all the suggestions including deleting App, restarting Mobile, bluetooth Removing the Blaze from Bluetooth and tried to connect it again but it refuses to connect.  All I get on the phone when I try to connect it is "Incorrect pairing key or the device you want to pair with is configured incorrectly. Try Again after viewing help"  This has only just happened as Ive had the Blaze for over 18 months   It is getting extremely frustrating !!!!!!!!!!!
