My Fitbit blaze went black

Was wearing it on a walk and looked down, screen is black and I can. It get it to turn back on.

tried putting in charger nothing.

Mine did the same thing on Wednesday.  I was reading another post about restarting it by pressing and holding the left button and bottom right button at the same time and was able to get it to turn on this morning... now to see if it will charge

I would like to know if the restart process worked for you? If you haven't try this procedure, I recommend restarting your tracker by doing the following:

 

  1. Press and hold the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
