Blaze getting stuck

My Blaze keeps stalling, sometimes for a few minutes sometimes for more than an hour. I've tried resetting it, sometimes that works to get it going but most of the time not so much. In the beginning it always seemed to happen after 11 pm but lately it happened all through the day. I had similar problems with my old Blaze, I took it back and changed for a new one, the new one was fine for 6 months but then it started playing up, this is so frustrating. What do I do?

If restarting it is not helping then contact support
