I had that happen once and once I reset the Blaze it was fine. Not sure probably some glitch.

It could be a battery issue or software issue. Was the battery fully charged when this happens?

Hi everyone! Great to see you around 😄
@ErikaH I'm sorry this happened to your Blaze. If the battery was full, I would say it should've been a glitch and I would expect it not to happen again. It was great that you were able to restart your tracker. From now on, just keep an eye on it and if you notice that this happens again with a charged battery, feel free to get in touch with the Support Team for them to take a look and help you out with this.
Let me know if you need anything else!

Hi there @Signup. Welcome to the Forums! 🙂
I'm sorry to hear that your Blaze won't respond though...
Have you tried to restart your tracker? You can do this by pressing and holding the left and lower right buttons for about 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot and then see if it responds.
If this doesn't help, feel free to get in touch with the Support Team and they will be happy to help you out and get you back on track!
Let me know if you need more help with this!
