My battery runs out of power within 3-4 hours of charging

My FitBit Blaze charges to full power absolutely fine, but when I put it on my wrist it runs out of power within 3-4 hours of charging. This makes it very hard to use as it it charging all the time.

I had searched and searched and tried all the solutions I have seen but none have worked.

A couple of months ago a friend was asking a few of his friends (including me) about watches, I recommended a FitBit as it worked superbly at the time. If he asked now, I'm not sure I would.

Please help, I really enjoyed having a fitbit when it worked and now it doesn't work.

I have previously tried these, I have been on this site before and it

I am having the same problem. I tried to contact support and the chat was worthless because they told me I had to reply to the email. I replied to the email and have not heard a response. I have been a FitBit customer for years but am thinking of going to Apple because this customer support is horrible.

Apple are an expensive option, it all depends what you want it to do, but the new apple watches are fantastic, just pricey.

At least I would have customer support when needed! Sometimes that it worth the extra money.

Hi, I just had this happen to me about a week ago with my Blaze. I went through all the steps instructed but without results. Called and they had me do a battery check. Charged up to full and noted time unhooked. Had to call them when it died. I did and they told me my battery was dead out of warranty and there was nothing I could do but buy a new device, but they would give me a coupon.

I knew it was older but seriously never thought it would be unfixable and now obsolete!

I have all these accessories and they don't sell the blaze anymore. Not happy! Hope you have better luck. Thinking of going to an apple. Using my husbands Alta and my zip till they too die of planned obsolescence.
