My blaze display is ALWAYS dim

I have tried shutting down, charging, changing the display to max, normal and auto. The display is ALWAYS dim, no matter the environment around me. Bright sunshine, dark room, sunlight, room lights, any temperature, the display is ALWAYS dim.

I can never see anything unless I tilt my wrist to see the display.

 

Does anyone else have this problem? I am so frustrated.

Our It sounds like it might be working correctly, the Qyick View option turns the display on when the arm is tilted. At all other times the Blaze screen is turned off.

No, it is not working correctly. Each time I click the button on the side, the display comes up dim. Every time I look at my fitbit Blaze no matter which angle it is tilted, the display is always DIM.

Then I would suggest you restarting the Blaze,

Normally the Blaze wool be of and unreadable until the arm is tilted.

tried. didn't work. That is why I am posting on the community board to see if anyone else has had this problem.
