I have tried shutting down, charging, changing the display to max, normal and auto. The display is ALWAYS dim, no matter the environment around me. Bright sunshine, dark room, sunlight, room lights, any temperature, the display is ALWAYS dim.
I can never see anything unless I tilt my wrist to see the display.
Does anyone else have this problem? I am so frustrated.

No, it is not working correctly. Each time I click the button on the side, the display comes up dim. Every time I look at my fitbit Blaze no matter which angle it is tilted, the display is always DIM.

tried. didn't work. That is why I am posting on the community board to see if anyone else has had this problem.

Hello @AmandaHurley welcome to the Fitbit Community! If you already tried the restart advised by @Rich_Laue and your Blaze display is dim, I would recommend to contact customer support, they will be happy to help! 😉
