Calorie count major error (not due to BMR)

It's 9.30am and my fit bit blaze is reporting I have already almost reached my calories target for the day (2300 calories). This is not due to MBR which would normally put me at around 800 calories at this time.

Yesterday I started a cycle exercise on the watch and forgot to turn it off until this morning. I took the watch off overnight but it seems to have assumed I have continued to burn calories at this high rate, although it does not appear in the activity list. How can I get the calorie count to refresh?

@GabiD welcome to the Fitbit Community! 😉 This is odd, did you sync your tracker after stopping the exercise? Where are you seeing your information? If you are using a mobile device, please log out of the app, force quit the app and log back again to see if the activity shows on your log. Also one last question, is your calorie count normal again?

I'll be around if you have any questions! 😉
