My blaze will not sync with my iPad but will sync with my android phone.
It used to be that my iPad synced with my blaze without issue but now it will not. I have removed my blaze from the iPad and have started the set up new device, when it goes through it set up procedure it says it finds the tracker but that’s as far as it goes. It stays in that “finding tracker/communicating to tracker” program

Hi @wburk64. Great to have you in the Community Forums! 🙂
I'm sorry you're having problems with your Blaze connecting to your iPad and your Android phone simultaneously. In this situation, the reason why your Blaze will not sync with both as long as they are near each other is because of the Bluetooth bond that it has created with each device. I'm not sure about the criteria used on which device it will sync to when both are around but it's known that this causes the tracker not to sync with one or other device. The solution is to determine which device you'll be using for syncing and in the other device, go to the Bluetooth settings, then look under the connected devices and have the Bluetooth forget the Blaze. After that, your Blaze will be syncing without a problem to your iPad.
Hope this helps and anything else you may need, I'm always around!

Thank you for your reply Ferdinand. Up until 2 weeks ago both my iPad and Android phone were synced to the same Blaze tracker for nearly a year without any issues. So I'm not sure why or what happened 2 weeks ago for the iPad to drop out and quit syncing with the blaze.
When I try to sync the iPad to the tracker the iPad says 'we found your tracker' and at the bottom of the screen it says 'connecting to tracker', but it stays in that Loop indefinitely and never connects. Even with the Android phone Bluetooth off

I open the Fitbit app on my Android phone and found that the blaze had already been removed. Apparently when I removed it from the iPad it automatically removed it from the Android phone to?
