My blaze will not go back to the clock screen

I have turned it off and tried to reset it but it will not go back to the click screen. Please help!!

Mine is completely stuck on the alarm. I can't get it to go to any other screen. The vibrate doesn't work either for a text or call, even though it shows the vibrate icon.

Normally the left button would be trapped. 

Have you tried pushing the button while the blaze is outside of the frame?
