My blaze won't work when not on charge

Hi guys! I haven't used my blaze in a few weeks now. Today I decided to charge it to start using it again! I charged it and the screen display showed it became fully charged and was fully working whilst on charge. Once I took it off charge it didn't work. It won't turn on or sync to my phone or anything! I have tried the two button trouble shooting but no good:( why won't it work off charge and why won't It turn on

Hey there @MC9876! Thank you for the troubleshooting that you've done. I would like you to make sure that you've restarted your tracker and that you've properly charging it. 

 

Also, I've sent you a PM with further instructions.
