My fitbit blaze won't sync

Hi

 

my Fitbit blaze hasn't been syncing properly for the past few days. 

I decided to re set the watch back on my app and after I put the 4 digit code it won't go any further from there. 

Anyone have any idea what's wrong? 

 

Also every time I try to reset it on the computer jt keeps asking to plug the dongle in after I've already connected it. 

 

Ive only had the watch 2 weeks and already giving me problems. If anyone could help I'd be very happy!

A warm welcome to the Forums @Alxmmm. Thanks for troubleshooting this inconvenience by yourself. If your tracker is not syncing, I recommend following the instructions provided in the Having trouble syncing? post. Also, if you are syncing your tracker with a phone, please check that this phone is a compatible mobile device.
