I bought my Fit blaze this evening been on charge for 3 ours
screen lights up but doesn't show any sign, doesn't give me the 4 digits I phone is asking for!
have tried resetting using left nd bottom right button but nothing happens

Hello @Mp2402, are we using the Fitbit app to setup the tracker? Did the app say it found your tracker? Lets look at the help documents at Http://help.fitbit.com/?q=setup
You say it lightsup, does it have th r message www.fitbit.com/setup?
Your title of not syncing is a little misleading, when your describing a setup problem. Did the app say it found the tracker?

Now I have disconnected from the charger my phone can't see the tracker using the app
I have again tried turning it on and nothing happens also
tried to rest the tracker and that doesn't do anything.
i will be taking it back to the store tomorrow for an exchange
