A few weeks ago the heart rate monitor on my Blaze started to only get intermittent readings. I read posts on this site and tried the troubleshooting tips; resetting made the monitor work for about a week longer. After a week the heart rate monitor ceased working and no amount of resetting fixed this problem. I contacted support and was offered 25% off a future purchase because I was one month out of the 1 year limited warranty. Disappointed, I continued to wear my Blaze for another week until it completely died and stopped turning on. Again I tried all troubleshooting options to no avail. Very sad because I really enjoyed my Blaze and the community. However, I cant continue to spend money on a product that I do not trust will last more than a 13 months.

A warm welcome to the Community @TonyDI.
Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself, could you please be more specific and share which steps have you tried so far? In the meantime, I recommend taking a look at our warranty policy.
Hope to hear from you soon. ![]()

Thanks for the welcome. As far the heart rate monitor, Ive changed the settings, as well as reset multiple times. The Blaze itself was cleaned moved around to different ports and adjusted to make sure the connection was secure. After 4 days of being on the charger it has turned back on. Still no heart rate monitor. 😞 I read the warranty, it looks like if I lived in Europe Id be covered for another year but since Im just a lowly American customer I get no coverage. 😞
