Did anyone see the new VERSA Fitbit? Our Blaze is no longer being made. To be honest, I'm frustrated with the quality of this tracker. It doesn't have an interval timer for walking, it has trouble syncing up with my phone. None of the concerns or suggestions are ever addressed. Congrats Fitbit... My next tracker won't be from you.

It doesn't look like you have ever asked for help. Maybe if you did your concerns would of been addressed.

Best of luck to you

Fitbit appears to be too busy writing code for new trackers to fix simple mathematical errors on the "obsolete" models. It took almost nine months to fix the weeklt step count variance on the weekly email summary. Now I've found the weekly sleep averages are wrong on my Android app, but not the web site. The quality control - if such a thing exists - seems to ignore models that are not "current".

My Blaze cost CA$250 and it will be three years old on July 1. An item is not obsolete until it won't do what you want it to do and my Blaze does everything I want, if the software wasn't buggy.
