I have replaced my Surge with a Blaze, have removed the Surge from my account,  my girlfriend is using it, she has set up her own account but if we are close by and I get a text message she is also receiving it on her surge.

How do we stop this from happening?

Hi, @Nautilus, although you have removed your Surge from your Fitbit account, it is likely that your phone's Bluetooth is still remembering it.  Go to your Bluetooth settings in your phone and delete/forget the device.  Then turn your Bluetooth off for 10 seconds.  That should solve the problem.

Hello @Nautilus welcome to the Blaze family!  As @Julia_G mentioned you need to remove the tracker from your account and Bluetooth devices to avoid this from happening. @Julia_G you are amazing, thanks for stopping by! 🙂

Happy stepping! 😉
