Gee, thanks so much for forcing me to move to a new app interface. It was really great that you buried the alarm settings so deep at got rid of that nasty plus sign to access them. Especially fun to discover when going to bed and needing to change an alarm

Hi @BlazingDave

Android, iOS or Windows? I have the latest Android app and finding the silent alarm was the same as always.

Stepping in the U.S.A. since September 2013. Android 14

I have iOS and it’s completely gone. I use this function all the time, so will have to dig like first poster.

First click on your account, which is the faded blue image in the upper
left corner of the app, then click on the "Blaze " or other Fitbit, then
you can click on "silent alarms". Nice that they could make it so easy to
reach, not like we might use this every day.

Thank you. I agree. I phoned customer service last night to find out where they buried the most useful tool in the app. Evidently many of us aren’t pleased with this terrible redesign. Redesigns should lead to increased functionality, not reduced.

Thanks! I actually ended up calling customer support last night to find out where they buried arguably the most useful tool the app provides. Evidently many of us are displeased by this terrible redesign. Redesigns should lead to increased functionality, not decreased. If they keep up with thoughtless, clumsy updates like this, I’ll look for a different brand.
