New Blaze. Cant set up

I purchased a New Blaze today.

It needs a software update but Battery is too low.

When In Charging cradle no icon appears so I'm assuming its not Charging.

It just Continually says to head to the fitbit setup website.

I'm guessing the charger is plugged into your computer?  Try plugging it into a USB wall charger and check to make sure the connectors in the cradle are aligned.
