New Blaze can't set up.

okay, so i bought a fitbit blaze earlier and im currently trying to set it up. However, it needs updating and it wont update as it needs charging. I have put it in the charging cradle but it isnt coming up with the charging icon. im so confused :s

any help will  be greatly appriciated

 @tochioxoxo I'm not sure what your asking. 

Yes @opti many laptops do not provide enough current, or simply won't charge when the display turns off. 

@BeccaP16 are their steps showing up in the daahboard? Also when was the last time it synced? 

If it is setup you would have had to update the Firmware.. My thought would be to go to Account and then add the tracker, using the replace option

@Jandee your tracker is charging, I would do the setup while it is in the charger, if the battery was to low the app would have told you
