New Blaze can't set up.

I've just bought a Blaze and I'm trying to set it up. It wasnt recognised by my iPhone on Bluetooth but it also won't allow me to update it on my laptop so I Can link it to my iPhone. Any solutions????

Hello @Katielum2004 are you using the app to link your tracker to your Fitbit account? The phones Bluetooth can not be used. 

As for the laptop, let us know what OS is running. 

When you say it won't allow you to update, this tells me you have successfully connected the tracker to your account. 

So my ? What error does the computer give you, or why do you say it won't update on the laptop. 

You need to be our eyes and investigator  so that we may help.
