I just got a new fitbit blaze and am not happy so far. I've been messing with it for 4 hours. I had it open on the app and was getting it set up. As it was synching it took over an hour to set up. so I tried to close the app. now Bluetooth won't find my fitbit. my fitbit is stuck halfway on the screen. I've done everything and nothing will make the screen go away. I've even held the reset buttons down. help!

That actually a good sign, it is not a sync, but a firmware update.
A couple of questions i have @A_lynn13,
When you restart the app, does this line increase? If so them i wo7ld keep trying. Any does it fail? i don't know, my guess is a communication breakdown.
If your using wifi on the phone , try the cellular network, or do the oposite.
Try a different device to finish up the update.

That k for getting back so quick. the line starts in the middle and will start going up and when it gets about 3 quarters full it just blinks and starts over at the middle again. it has been doing this for hours. I deleted my device from the app. now when I open the app and try to add my fitbit back to it, it will start searching but won't find it. and yes im hitting the left button to find it on bluetooth.

Try a restart of your tracker by holding down borth the left and tower right buttons.
Remove the Blaze from the phone BT settings.
You might need to Contact.fitbit.com if it wont connect, before the update started, there was a warning to not disconnect your tracker from your account and if doing so will require getting in touch with them .
