Hi! My blaze is showing on the Today screen that I have met each hour's goal of 250 steps per hour. When I sync my tracker, the dashboard is stating that I missed an hour and that I did not meet the goal each hour. I know for a fact that I did, indeed, make that goal each hour. Why would my dashboard and my tracker be different? Thanks!!

Welcome to the Community @AbbieATC! This is pretty weird. Your Blaze and Dashboard should totally show the same information. One thing, you can do to check if your Blaze actually tracked those steps during that hour that's not showing anything is go to your Dashboard> click on log > activities > there you'll find the steps you did for each hour. (See screenshot above)
Addittionally, answer the following questions: Have you gotten this before? Have you noticed anything different on your tracker?
Let me know how it goes.

Thanks for replying! To be honest, I have not been looking at that stat until recently. I have noticed that my stairs climbed the past few days has been outrageously high. Today, my tracker tells me that I have climbed 360 floors. Totally doubtful. I do know that since I have been tracking my hourly steps to see if I make my goal each hour, my tracker has been dead on right each time. The dashboard, for whatever reason, was not right yesterday. I do appreciate any insight you all have or may have in the future! Again, thanks so much for replying!

@AbbieATCI have won and lost the odd hour and found that the actual step count on the PC Dashboard was around 245 and 254. The Blaze showed a perfect score and the reverse, the Blaze missed one but the PC Dashboard was correct.
When I created an Activity Record from the Log Activity screen I found in each case there was a cluster of steps at the start and end of the hourly activity.
I sync to my PC via phone and all are set to network time. My phone and Internet are with the same provider.
Using the second hand on world time at this link
Phone is + 1 secs
PC is + 5 secs and Californian time + 5 secs
Blaze equals World Time
BUT... when I changed the Blaze clock face to show the second hand for this post there was a 40 second lag... So I resynced and that corrected the time.
So depending on how Fitbit's servers use the time, if we allow +/- 5 seconds and if we just walk in the office or shops it is very easy to equate 5 seconds to about 7 steps or even 12 steps for exercise walking... This is my take on the issue... and in today's busy lifestyle it is very easy to be absorbed and miss that vital minute.
That is why I created a New Feature here to have the 10 minute before the hour alarm more pronounced. When you are in 10 Challenges that vibrating message gets lost in the activity.
Alas there are only 14 votes in 8 weeks.......

@AbbieATCHere is another example of the 250 step issue from my activity today.
I have logged in under one of my other accounts because I'm waiting for Support to advise me on "why I can't load photos" in my main account with all of my browsers, even after clearing them.
here is today
