New Blaze not syncing with Fitstar

Hello, I have just purchased my Blaze today.

 

Where are the 3 pre-loaded workouts?

 

I went to the Fitstar menu and clicked it. It said I needed to sync with the app first. I made a Fitstar account and logged in with Fitbit. The problem still persisted after creating an account. Any updates on how to fix this? It has logged in my Fitstar workout with the Fitbit app, just can't get it working on the Blaze.
