I am not getting notifications on my blaze of my text messages and the notices is turned on?  Any ideas on what to check?

Hi @Dep0626!

Is your Blaze paired with your phone? To accomplish this, turn on All Day Sync.

Yep I only change the face screen on my Fitbit. I will change it back and see if they start working again.

Go on your Fitbit app, and then go to your Blaze’s settings. Tap on notifications, it should take you to a place where it says App Notifications. Tap on that next. Inside is the place where you can turn specific app notifications on or off. If you see that not all your apps are listed, it’s because all of your apps need to send a notification to your phone to be recognized by the Fitbit app.

Hey @Dep0626, welcome to the Community and @RunningFreak thanks for stopping by.

I would like to know if the instructions provided by our friend worked? If you still having inconveniences, I recommend following the steps in the My Tracker isn't receiving notifications (iOS Fitbit app) post.

I hope this helps, let me know the outcome. Woman Happy

They were all set up correctly. Then I figured it out. There was an update to the Fitbit that was stopping it. Once it was updated my texts were starting up again. Thank you for suggestions on where to look.

Those are great news @Dep0626. I am glad to hear that your tracker is now receiving notifications and working properly. If you need anything else, do not hesitate in posting it.
