We have been waiting for more than 4 months for a new firmware update for Blaze! We need more clockface options, reminders to walk, and more bug fixes regarding inaccurate steps. When can we expect this to be resolved? My patience is running out!!

@AndrewFitbit mentioned in another thread a new update is planned to be released. A announcement is made in the Blaze section when the update becomes available.

Sorry but @AndrewFitbit mentioned that a long time ago. We need an update now. Where's fitbit's commitment to existing customers? They need to issue update now, it's long overdue!

@AlejandraFitbit - we have been waiting fo more than 4 months and it is sad that you can't at least inform us when we can expect the update. We're tired of waiting and we'll be forced to go elsewhere if you don't announce when we can expect an update. Is it next week or 3 months away?

It's great to see you around @Fitnesslarry. As you noticed, there's a new firmware update for the Blaze? Have you updated your tracker? If you haven't, I recommend doing it by following these steps from your Android Fitbit app:

  1. Verify that the latest version of the Fitbit app is installed on your device.
  2. With your charged tracker nearby, open the Fitbit app.
  3. Tap the pink arrow next to the tracker name at the top of the screen. If you don't see an arrow, no update is available.
  4. Follow the prompts onscreen and keep the tracker close to the mobile device during the update. If the update is slow, don't remove your tracker from your account as a troubleshooting measure.

Happy stepping. Woman Happy
