I purchased my Fitbit Blaze today and it won't charge.
I put it in the cradle and connected it to the laptop and the Fitbit logo flashed up and went off again. There is no battery display at all. Charged for an hour and it won't turn on, or show any sign of life.
Can I use a fast charge wall plug or does it have to be done via the computer?

A warm welcome to the Community @Caren21! Let me help you with the charging issue you're having. I would like you to confirm you've restarted it and properly charge it.
We recommend plugging your charging cable into a USB port on your computer or other low-energy device. If necessary, you can use a UL-certified USB wall charger. Don't use a USB hub or battery pack to charge, and only use the charging cable that came with your device.
